He called right away, came right away, gave a thorough evaluation and proposal, and came when he said to do the work. He was even friendly! Now I hope the mice dislike him as much as I like him!

Mike and his crew were about 10 minutes late, but called ahead of time to give me a heads up. They were very thorough in inspecting our home, looking for evidence and locations of pests, and educating us on the issues as well. Mike was quick to remind me of future services included in the warranty if need be, and provided a list of contact information if we need him again. Very willing to help! And, so far so good--we have yet to "hear" a mouse!

Mike was fantastic. We actually did not hire him, because after he did a thorough inspection of our home, he determined that all the work we had done had pretty much solved the problem; he gave us honest, spot-on advice and we are now rodent free. I can't stress enough his honesty and experienced advice. It was so valuable and I'd recommend him to anyone!

I have had other companies out to help me with my mice problem and Atlantis pest control went above and beyond what the other companies had done. Along with the excellent work the owner Michael T. was prompt, informative, and thorough. I would highly recomend Atlantis to any one with a pest problem.

Mike did a great job helping with our mouse problem. He did an in-person estimate, unlike the other contractors, and walked us through how he would tackle our three-unit condo. We really appreciated his concern about the toddler in the house and making sure she was safe. Atlantis does a follow-up after a month -- Mike didn't leave the house until that appointment was scheduled.

Atlantis was professional, quick, effective, and honest. We had contracted another pest control service that had come out 10 times and were not able to resolve the problem! They were ineffective and rude. Atlantis came out once and within two weeks our problem was resolved and we have not seen a mouse since! It has been about 3 months. We would use them again.

The job was a one-time removal of a wasp nest located in the roof area of a garden shed on the edge of our yard. Atlantis was prompt, professional and got the job done. Oh and they were also about 30% less expensive than the next closest bid... Great value. We will definitely call Atlantis again next time we have a pest problem.

Contractor was on time and finished work in a timelyly manner. I have not seen a rodent since he performed service although mice have died behind walls. Contractor provided a 6-month warranty which expires in October, 2007 which I have not had to use. So far, he has provided the most effective pest control we have ever had.

Atlantis did a great job for a good price. Responded promptly, gave a detailed quote promptly and then scheduled and performed the work (eliminating ant colony in basement) in very short order. We haven't seen a single ant since he was here (~4 months ago). We now have a wasp problem and plan to use Atlantis again. Highly recommended.
