They did a complete change out of my Central Air Conditioning system. They came out ready to go to work and kept me informed every step of the way. My wife had just been released from the hospital and they even brought out a portable cooling system for the inside of the house while they were installing the new unit. They did everything they said that they were going to do and then some. Great Company and a great bunch of honest people.

The repairman was exceptionally nice, courteous, and helpful. After the repair was done, i authorized a bit more work to clean out the unit and replace some filters. Robert made three different trips to complete the work. I will definitely call Atlas if I ever need more A-C work done.

The serviceman had checked the refrigerant, the voltage, and hopefully the drain pan which was reportedly rusty (found during home inspection prior to selling my home). He reported both high refrigerant and high voltage on my invoice and did not mention the drip pan, although he informed my realtor that he cleaned it. When he got to his next appointment he called my realtor and told her he had his gauge set wrong and the refrigerant was fine. I have been unable to reach them to have a new statement from him about all that he did. Closing on my house is coming up soon and I need that information now. No, I do not recommend this company.

I was told five companies would call that day. ONE DID! ATLAS . Fortunately they were the right one. It was Saterday and my wife was ill. In spite of there load, they came to our home and did the repair. I am the forth of eight generations in San Antonio and one of four in the Design-Build Business ( for 48 years).
