    I contracted with Sven the owner for $3,500.00 for plans to build a simple house. The plans were for getting a building permit, for subcontractors to estimate the cost and lumber suppliers etc.. when I presented the plans to those mentioned they laughed at what I had to present. I was embarrassed and humiliated by Sven. At this time Sven has not done anything to correct the errors and omissions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

    We have worked with the customer to resolve any issue to his satisfaction. The owner is intending to act as an owner/builder and is not familiar with the way design documents are created and submitted in Florida. However, we believe we were able to answer and questions and concerns. The homeowner had indicated that they would remove/revise this rating to reflect that, but sadly has not done so.
