We had an excellent experience working with Mark (owner of Atlas Exteriors), and his team for our roof replacement and interior repairs. From the start, Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He acted quickly to help us temporarily control damage to our roof that resulted in leaking inside the house, and he was expedient in replacing the roof to avoid additional issues. What really set Mark apart was how much effort he put into working with our insurance company and field adjuster. He explained every step of the way clearly to us, advocated for us throughout the storm damage claim process, submitted all necessary documentation, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and seamless to us. His roofing crew was outstanding—timely, efficient, and impressively coordinated. They completed the entire roof replacement, including clean-up and haul-away, all in a single day. The contractor Mark sent for the interior repairs (Elias) was just as impressive, paying close attention to detail and taking the time to do everything the right way. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and level of service we received. We highly recommend Mark and his team!

The process of having our roof and skylights replaced exceeded 10. We would highly recommend Russell Anthony to anyone looking to have a roof or skylights installed for the first. The installers protected and cared for our property like it was their own.

The estimate was fair and I received a quality roof that will out live me, 50 year warranty.. The guys started about 7:30am and completed the work by late afternoon. They removed all the old roofing material, attic fans, replaced some wood and installed gutter guards. I am more than happy with the finished product.

I am very pleased with my new, beautiful deck and patio. I've had several positive compliments from my neighbors. The workers were professional in performing their work. They were willing to answer all my questions about their work. They all knew what they were doing and kept to their schedule. I am waiting on a window that had to be ordered and work to be done on my yard.

The workers at Russell Anthony did a fabulous job on our new roof. They were very careful not to damage any of my plants. The price was great and beat 2 other quotes by a significant amount.

I requested four quotes and received three. Russell Anthony was not the lowest bid but I decided to go with them for the following reasons: 1) The other companies didn't listen to me; I wanted the warped cedar siding removed before the new siding was installed. Salvatore, the salesperson for Russell Anthony, listened to why it was important to me have the cedar removed. They did remove most of the old siding. I'm sure that is one of the reasons their price was not the lowest. Salvatore, who is excellent to work with, explained everything they would do including items I would not have thought of. If I didn't understand, he would explain in more detail. 2) I compared the quality of the material one company offered with the siding Russell Anthony used. The quality of material sold me. 3) It was important to me to get a guarantee for workmanship. Russell Anthony is the only company that guaranteed the workmanship. The crew they sent to my house was excellent. They started the job earlier than anticipated; it expected alot of noise, but there wasn't very much noise; the crew was very professional and answered all questions I had. At the end of the job, I wanted a couple of things changed; Russell Anthony changed the minor things I had problems with; this was mostly lights that didn't look straight to me, etc. There are many more things I could say about this company. But I'll close by saying that everyone in my neighborhood loves my house. I should mention that Salvatore helped me pick the colors. I have been told that my house is the prettiest on the "strip". I had the cedar stained many times and was never satisfied with the job so I'm not easily pleased. But I am pleased with the work of Russell Anthony. I should also mention that ramp converted into the deck is also great.

First I must say that Sal was amazing and very helpful. The roof turned out great and the whole experience with RA was tremendous. We will be using these guys again.

we decided to go with this company to install our new patio after we seen the work that they did for one of our neighbor's deck,they came highly reccommended by this neighbor. Everything with their presentation was good, we signed the contract, they told us the work would done in " about 3 days" once they started. That's where the issues started, they told us that they had alot of work lined up before us and that it would take a "few weeks" before they could even start work,mind you that we signed the contract at the end( 4/22/17) of April 2017, thinking we would have our new patio completed before summer started. They did not come back out to start the job until (6/14/17) mid June, and only after we made several calls.After starting the job that they told us would take about 3 days, it wasn't completed until after ( 2 days it rained) July 4th 2017. At the completion, we found a few errors with the patio, we showed it to them and they said that they would take care of it. So, we called, and we called, and kept getting the run around, someone who would finally answer would refer us to someone, etc. NO ONE RESOLVED THE ISSUE. What's worse is that someone from this place told me they sent a guy out but no one was home which was a flat out lie. I work 2nd shift and at the time they said someone came out, i would have been downstairs getting my daughter ready for camp. Did i mention that this patio cost us nearly $ 12 grand?

Hard working employees and job was finished in a timely fashion. Very happy with the look.

My husband installed several new windows but when he had some health issues we had Russell Anthony finish the job. The windows they installed look great and then even put up some custom trim around the inside of the bay window. The installer was very knowledgeable and was a master at his craft. We would use these guys again if the need arises.

We love our roof! The entire process was fantastic. We also had Solar roof vents installed that work great! Looks phenomenal!
