Atlas Garage Door Orlando

All I can say is WOW!!! Had a coil spring break late Thursday, called Mitch with Atlas first thing Friday and he answered right away and was at my house about 4 hours later. awesome customer service and excellent repair work and value- did a great job explaining the issues and what needed done and had it done iquicker than I expected, HIGHLY recommend!

Great communication and service

Atlas knows garage doors! He was at the house within the hour of calling and replaced the springs and rollers within an hour. The door works great and is quiet as a mouse. Excellent job. He made recommendations but no pressure to do additional work. I felt he was honest and open with his expertise and respectful of my opinions. I would definitely recommend him!

Atlas did a great job repairing our garage door. They responded quickly to our repair inquiry and were able to schedule a fast and convenient appointment to complete the work. Mitch took the time to look over the whole door system after the repair to make certain everything else was in good mechanical condition. Unlike many companies, he gave an honest opinion, told us everything else looked good and did not try to up sell other repairs or services. Highly recommend!

I think Altlas did a great job...they came out quickly, excellent value for the money. The job was handled professionally and we are extremely pleased with our new garage door opener...please know up front though that you can only pay in cash or check. No credit cards are accepted. We were not advised until after the work was completed, which may be an issue for others. Luckily it was not for us. I would definitely use them again though, and recommend them to others.
