We are experts at caring for natural stone such as Travertine, Marble, Tumbled Stone, Granite, Limestone, Onyx and Slate; and and other hard surfaces, such as ceramic and porcelain tile, paver and concrete. We specialize in restoring, refinishing, repairing, polishing, sealing and cleaning floors, counters, showers, tables, fireplaces, fountains and antiques. We provide a complimentary in-home training session on how to best maintain your natural stone or any other hard surface and a free liter of neutral pH stone soap. Yes, they were knowledgeable for the task at hand. They arrived on time the second return and we were called the first time as traffic was a problem. Put covers on their shoes when entering the house. Wow. It didn't work as well as I wanted but the stain had been left too long while the contractor was looking for an answer. Very courteous.

Atlas marble did an excellent job. They were on time every time. The estimator is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain every step and how to maintaining it. The bathroom grout was replaced and repaired and they handled it as if they were handling a gorgeous jewel leaving it clean and brilliant. Atlas exceeded my expectations from the receptionist to the workers. They are experts in their work and guarantee that you will be satisfied. Atlas treats your home like it is the most beautiful piece of property there is. My bathroom was treated like a castle, with care, love, and attention. Call them and save with the best.

I wanted to have my shower regrouted and this company had acted as if they could do the work. The two men that came out and had no idea what they were doing. No to mention they didn't have the tools. I had to spend a whole day at home, without using the shower and now I have to do that again. But now I don't trust to let them finish the job. So I would not recommend them to do regrouting work.

Very professional organization. Appt. for estimate was kept on time, however appt. for actual work started an hour late, but they finished sooner than they quoted so all was well. Quality is what we were promised and expected.

James Paley inspected my tile and offered a written opinion as to the condition of the tile. He was very professional and prompt. I will be asking him for a proposal as to the cost of repairing and/or replacing the tile.

The stimator was prompt and very personable and professional. It seemed like the service was quite expensive for what was provided. We were not at all impressed with the repair to our tiles. The fill did not match the floor, there were spills/splashes of fill material on tiles. The fill did not fill holes and still resulted in pits in our travertine. I was impressed 4 years ago when we had service by Atlas, but not now
