Jesse was so great to work with! He helped us fix our main water valve, sink, and installation of our new boiler. This was something we weren't expecting but Jesse walked us through the process, always keeping us informed. Highly recommend!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Found Jesse very easy to work with. Had a new external grill hooked up to the natural gas line with a shut-off valve installed to rectify the work of previous homeowners installer. Went above and beyond to check fire-pit valve as well. Great value for money. Will definitely use again.

I hired Atlas to run a gas line to my pool heater. They were able to trench, install the line, connect it to my heater and work with the town to have it inspected.

I would definitely call Jesse for any future plumbing work. Our exterior spigots now have a great turn valve, and the interior as well. No more leaks means we can finally utilize them! Jesse is personable, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Love that he's local too!

The contractor came and advised me that the fittings needed to be changed. He started doing the work and within 10 minutes was done. This was something that I could have done as he did not advise me that there will be a charge or what the charge would be. He advised me that there is no charge for him to come out and assess the issue nor did he advise of what the charge was prior to doing it. I call this dishonest and would not recommend as he needs to have full disclosure on any charges.
Response from Atlas Mechanical Services, LLC
"After initial contact with Rakesh I did explain to him that I would provide a free estimate for proposed work, but if any work is performed would incur a service charge. When I arrived on site I discovered a dangerous situation where someone has attempted to run a gas line to bbq grill and convert a propane grill to natural gas incorrectly. I was immediately able to identify this problem and fix accordingly. I then presented a service charge bill of $150 and began to realize he was not happy about the charges. I explained to him why he was being charged and even offered to lower the charge to a price that he felt was fair which was $100. Great"
