Showed up a little late, but within reason. Got the job done quickly. I think a bit over priced

The serviceman was very efficient he found a problem and corrected it and I was satisfied with the price

Refrigerator still not fix. Promised to return and never came back.

The technician arrived promptly and took the dryer apart. He said we need a new heater element and thermostat. He got a quote -- in seconds!-- from his office of $325. We said ok and then a little later said he would need to order part. We said that would take too long. He said he would try something else -- and he then found it was just the thermostat (a very small item)!!! He called his office -- and again in seconds had a price of $230! It was all too far fetched for me: prices all so rounded, quick estimates (i.e. the "office" didn't need to look at the list prices, etc etc

Excellent service. Performed repairs on time and cost effectively. Excellent customer service. Will use again and recommend!

good work but a little pricey

He was very efficient answered all my questions and did the job within the timeframe he said he would.

I hired Atlas Plumbing for a professional. I had a leak in the cold water under the downstairs bathroom sink. The plumber was very polite, told me a needed a part costing $85.00 and $85.00 service call. He said ok. It wont leak. I go to put the things away that night and there still was a slow leak. I call back the next day. The receptionist set up another appointement. It was a different plumber & he said I needed another part. His mgr said it would be an additional $49.00. I was not happy I had to buy another part because the first plummer diagonosis was incorrect. I lost two days waiting for them and both plummber came between 4 & 4:30 pm & took 50 mins to an hour to do the work. I called the mgr, the next day to complain that I should not have been charged for the second part. She was a beast, disrespectful and said I needed the other part anyway even tho the first part did not stop the leak. I will tell all my family ( as I have a big one) & friends do not call Atlas. That lady Mgr. needs Public Relations training. I'm 76 years old an on a fixed income. It was their error that they had to come back.

Good service, provided excellent guidance even though the appliance could not be repaired the main control board had died and replacement was in back order for 3months. Very courteous, knowledgable service people!

Terrible rip off. I called and told them I needed plumber to fix reverse osmosis water system they said they could do it but when tech arrived said they didn't handle those but Co still insisted on charging $85 for a service call! It was outrageously bad service. The whole home advisor site is just not truthful. Do not use them or this company.

Cleaned the 12 AC vents and had to go on the roof to clean the dryer vent. Tech was very neat & he cleaned up everything after he completed the job.
