Tony from Atlas Trillo was great. He was professional and kind. He would explain things simply and recommend what would be best for my situation. I have a lot of cats and the fur caused a clog. Tony cleaned it all up and now has the unit set up to be easier to maintain.

He came for our heater tune up. He explained to me how the furnace works and what he was going to do. Once the job finished he told me the repair to be done: to change the red sealer on the exhaust pipe to the proper blue sealer. He gave me the amount expected to pay for it and how long it should take. He is very polite and professional.

I had a new HVAC system installed in early November. There was some work from the installation of that new system that needed repair. I advised them of the issue and scheduled the work. They sent a technician out and he took care of it.

The furnace is great, the techs are great, but getting replacement furnace filters, not so much

There is no option of Work Done above, but the job is for a Sewer Line Replacement/Repair and not a furnace job.

They called in an instant after I placed my request. The dispatcher was efficient, professional and made me feel like the most important call she had all day! Her name is Chelsea. The technician arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window. His name is Belsin. He was courteous and professional in appearance and every other way. His kit was confidence inspiring. Tidy but well stocked and so was his truck. He performed the repair rapidly and then did a couple of quick maintenance things that werenâ t part of the repair. He also educated me while he worked. I will be a regular customer from now on. This experience deserved 10 stars.

I needed to have techs come back to fix 2 issues after the install, one was a loose wire connection going to the fan asm. and the other was a rain / water leak from the roof hood covering the air input / exit. In both cases, the techs found and fix the issues in a timely manner and their troubleshooting was spot on¦. The install did take time but it was impressive to watch them remove a 40 years old unit and install a new one.¦

In midst of terrible storm wall gas heater broke. Called company and repairman arrived in 3 hours and quickly diagnosed broken thermostat and replaced it. He was very kind considerate and competent
