Jeff and Zach Whiteside and their entire crew did a great job. Very complete very precise and they worked together like a second family. Cant say enough about the way they cleaned everything up, powerwashed the sidewalk and street all the excess rock and dirt were hauled away. I mean I didnt even see one rock in my grass cleaned it up like it was their own home. they replaced two sections of fence and made it look better than when they started. they also replaced 3 sprinkler heads no problem!!! i would recommend them 100% for any basement sealing or weatherproofing outside the home!Thats what they do and what they know!!! I was given the run around from other contractors, I was so confused at what needed to be done to fix my basement drainage issues. I was about to turn my basement into a indoor pool. Then reached out to A to Z, felt comfortable after my first meeting with Zach. Can’t tell you what it’s like to finally have peace of mind to not have water in my basement, especially with all the rain we’ve had. My basement is dry and I’m so happy with the results. A to Z is through, very professional and would recommend to anyone who needs work done.

they came in found the problem right away. did not give me a sob story about all the things that was wrong and charge me a arm and leg for something that was not needed i appreciate their honesty and taking care of the problem. i would hire them again if needed and will recommend them to my friends and family. rave revue

Having a 70 year old house is always a challenge. The block walls in our basement we pushing in and we had a water problem each time it rained. The Whiteside Family and their employee's did a very professional job from start to finish. Their recommendations were taken and we could not be happier with the entire job they performed. The also left the premises neat and clean inside and out. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation and waterproofing work.

Zach and his crew did such an amazing job with fixing all of the issues we came to them with. They were so kind and courteous the entire time they were here and I am forever grateful for the work they did. I am so thankful I called Jeff and for the advice and kindness my family received.

The job took longer than I was told and I feel they rushed to finish. The concrete they replaced was uneven with the existing concrete. I now have a lot of patching to do to make the floor even, so I can tile it. Very sloppy workmanship. The cleanup that was promised was void. I had to call them back. Jeff the owner never came to inspect the finished job.

I was contacted immediately and the owner showed up at my convenience and walked though the basement, listening to what I had to say. Answered all my questions and told me to call if I had anymore questions before deciding. I called him back 2 days later and signed the contract. He came in and did a radon test. The beginning of the next week Zach, his son and his crew came in and started right up. Called me every evening to tell me what they had done and what they were going to do the next day. Very professional and polite. Like his father, answered any questions I had. It took them 5 days to install the waterproofing system and replace my sewer system. Would recommend them to everyone.

Zack and his crew did a great job on waterproofing my basement. My house is 90 years old and has some unique challenges, as well as having a koi pond very close to my home. They worked around the pond with no issues. After everything was completed we had a good rain that lasted all day, and not a drop of water in the basement! My only issue, which is why I didn't give 5 stars, was that I had a couple issues with clean up. There were a couple areas in the yard that I had to pick up small piles of back fill stones. It wasn't bad but had to pick them up before I mowed the lawn. Overall, I am very happy with the service and work that was done...I no longer have to worry about my basement and can now start fixing it up knowing that it will be dry. As a little side note, after they completed the project the damp, musty, mildew smell disappeared immediately!

Arrived on time, protected grass for limited damage, all workers displayed a positive attitude and enjoyed there job. After completion of work the jobsite was cleaned up, driveway and street were power washed. Jeff and Zack thankyou!

Jeff came out to quote and explained everything well. Never saw him again. He never called to follow up. Crew came out 3 different times and then rushed on the 3rd day to complete. Finishing work was left to be desired. DIrt in the yard should have been more evenly distributed. Rocks seem to be a little bit low in the ground. Grate was thrown over the sumpump at the last minute (crew did not know it was part of the job) and it looks terrible.

We encountered some unexpected complications during this job and needed to increase and modify the scope of work. Jeff, as well as his son Zach, kept us informed and met every challenge with enthusiasm, expertise, and a can do attitude. We plan on doing additional projects with them in the near future. I was in a dire situation when I had my first contact. They came out immediately (late in the day) and started draining water. It turned out to be a huge job which progressed over several weeks. I feel the best suggestions and solutions have resolved the problem very satisfactorily. I was informed every step of the way and agreed with the choices that were suggested as being the best fix. This is a knowledgeable and experienced team. They are sincere and hard working.

They showed up on time and returned all my calls promptly.
