The service man for my job, was great. He took the time to explain the repairs and why they were required. It was not a high pressure sale at all. The price was fair, he was very thorough, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. I will definitely use this company again.

While the company did a good job, they did not keep their original appointment and did not call until approx 2hrs after their scheduled to appointment to say they were running late and then called later to cancel for the day. Once they rescheduled, they wer very prompt and professional and did good work.

They came immediately, but the guy who came did not have the experience to fix the problem. His supervisor came and did it in a few minutes. I thought the cost was a bit high for 5 minutes of work to fix the problem.
