Prompt response, next day service arrived on time,very polite gentleman. What I liked the most is their service fee for the visit is waived if you use them for that repair. My issue was fixed within 15 mins total time he was at my home was only 45 minutes.

Had a different company come out to figure out what was making our lights flicker. They never did get it resolved, had Atomic come out and they identified the problem being a bad electrical panel. Replaced it in short order, etc., THESE guys know there stuff.

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, personal. Patient in my asking numerous questions, not bothered by my seeking answers and quite good at problem-solving.
I have a 102 yr old home, which intimidates some folks for repairs. Owen and Jeremy were curious, not intimidated and most helpful.
I now have new breaker boxes which increase my sense of safety in my home and we've figured out and capped off unused receptacles. Thanks Atomic...great service with great people. A great job. My tech arrived promptly, was super friendly and courteous. My repars were made and have continued to work flawlessly. If I had to nitpick the cost was about double what I had anticipated. However, in the times we live everything is expensive.

Wonderful! I had been without a washer/dryer since January . Couldn't go to a laundry mat because of a severe allergy to perfumes/fragrances. Was having to hand wash my laundry. When w/d was delivered I was told I didn't have an outlet for my washing machine. I had just hit the send button and got a call! Two techs came within a couple of hours and put in an outlet and I could finally do my laundry! Wonderful company, attentive and efficient. I'm thankful for them. They have a customer for life.
