Atomic Plumbing A/C & Heating

They are a lie

Great customer service. Technician was knowledgeable, on time, and did a great job. Price for services was a bit steep

Atomic Services was at my home within 2 hours. They were wonderful. It was 107 that day and we thought our ac unit was not working properly. They checked it all out and had it humming in no time. Very good company!

kept me informed of what the project and cost would recommend

Call back was less than 2 minutes and repairs were done in less than 2 hours. Very impressed.

Service was excellent. Serviceman was very polite and professional. I was disappointed about the $89 service charge. I was told at the time of the appointment, that it would be taken off after the repair was completed. Then when the bill was presented, saw that service charge was added in addition to the total for the repair and labor. They negotiated and I agreed to pay for $40 for the Service Charge.

Great service at a reasonable price. I got a quote from 3 different companies and Atomic Services wwas less than half of their competitor's price. I will definitely use them the next time I have AC problems.

Good service, upfront with what we needed, quick install, great contractor!

The response to the service call was timely for a first-time customer; the technician was very courteous and friendly.

The tech was very friendly and conscientious. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the season, but Atomic had it working in no time. As a single mom I really appreciate their affordability as well. I will definitely choose them if I need service in the future.

Atomic did a great job. The only reason I did not give them 5's across the board is that I thought they came in too high on a quote for additional services. I would hire this company again.

Personable and talented people doing great work for a first-time customer. Dale the technician did a fantastic job, as did the two guys who worked all day to take out the old unit and install the new one [and clean up the site afterwards]. Ashley in the office is always a pleasure to deal with as well.

Atomic called me before HomeAdvisors even did. AMAZING. I've used 5 different HVAC companies in the last 3 years and none have been more straight forward and honest than Atomic. MY HVAC abruptly went out and I had a sweaty night in my house. I saw that the website says call us anytime 24/7. So I did....at 3:45am. I didn't bother leaving a message because it's obviously a gimmick and no one will get back to me until they wake up, right? WRONG. Ashley sent me a text 10 minutes later and let me know I could text my issue. I did and we have a full blown conversation at 4am. Now I don't want to set expectations high as this can't possibly be the norm...but I wouldn't be surprised if it is for Atomic. I am absolutely blown away. The amazing Mr. Dale just left my house about an hour ago with my AC running colder than ever and going above and beyond to make some recommendations and teach me a little something about how HVAC's work. So Ashley listened to me complain at 4am...and Dale showed up at 9am and fixed it. I'm a customer for life! Thank you Atomic!!

Good they paid attention to details

Our air conditioner is working!!!

Air Conditioning went out on Friday night. Only company with Saturday appointment opening.

Dale was professional, competent and very genuine. I will continue to use atomic services in the future.

Great installation, company followed up after the installation and verified everything was working and answered my questions, office staff was very helpful. Signed up for their routine maintenance program also to check unit before the heating and cooling seasons.

The technician name is Dale. He was very honest and did quality work. As a matter of fact, we have some additional work coming up and we requested him to come out and help us.
