After contacting several companies to come look at my AC that did not seem to be cooling properly and being told that I needed an entire new system, Bobby came out, ran some diagnostics, performed some maintenance and I am 100% back in business. This guy knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! He was professional, friendly & honest. My unit wouldn't come on at all. I was expecting something really expensive.... but turned out to be a quick & easy fix. I had an ant problem. I didn't even know that was a thing! He even took the time to show me where they were getting to cause the problem so I could fix it on my own if my unit quit working again.

Atomic Services was at my home within 2 hours. They were wonderful. It was 107 that day and we thought our ac unit was not working properly. They checked it all out and had it humming in no time. Very good company!

Call back was less than 2 minutes and repairs were done in less than 2 hours. Very impressed.

Service was excellent. Serviceman was very polite and professional. I was disappointed about the $89 service charge. I was told at the time of the appointment, that it would be taken off after the repair was completed. Then when the bill was presented, saw that service charge was added in addition to the total for the repair and labor. They negotiated and I agreed to pay for $40 for the Service Charge.

Great service at a reasonable price. I got a quote from 3 different companies and Atomic Services wwas less than half of their competitor's price. I will definitely use them the next time I have AC problems.

The tech was very friendly and conscientious. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the season, but Atomic had it working in no time. As a single mom I really appreciate their affordability as well. I will definitely choose them if I need service in the future.

Atomic called me before HomeAdvisors even did. AMAZING. I've used 5 different HVAC companies in the last 3 years and none have been more straight forward and honest than Atomic. MY HVAC abruptly went out and I had a sweaty night in my house. I saw that the website says call us anytime 24/7. So I did....at 3:45am. I didn't bother leaving a message because it's obviously a gimmick and no one will get back to me until they wake up, right? WRONG. Ashley sent me a text 10 minutes later and let me know I could text my issue. I did and we have a full blown conversation at 4am. Now I don't want to set expectations high as this can't possibly be the norm...but I wouldn't be surprised if it is for Atomic. I am absolutely blown away. The amazing Mr. Dale just left my house about an hour ago with my AC running colder than ever and going above and beyond to make some recommendations and teach me a little something about how HVAC's work. So Ashley listened to me complain at 4am...and Dale showed up at 9am and fixed it. I'm a customer for life! Thank you Atomic!!
