I hired Atozack to break up and re-pour the cement in a 50 square foot bathroom and do some plumbing since they would have the floor torn out. The price was reasonable and I paid extra to have them seal it with epoxy. The Plumbing, while it works so far, leaves a lot to be desired as far as craftsmanship is concerned. They did not know anything about the waterproofing underlayment or how to install a shower drain (I had to show them). When the floor was finished the water flowed away from the drain and the stain peeled off with masking tape. The next 11 weeks were a frustrating ordeal of trying to get them back to fix it, making appointments, waiting and then getting childish excuses as to why they could not make it that day. When that was done, Alex again applied stain even after I called him out on the stain versus epoxy which I had paid extra for, flat out lying when I pointed it out as I was reading the label on the can, saying it was epoxy, and he had added the promised nonstick granules to it. By this time I just wanted them out. I will finish it properly myself. If the job was too small for them, they should have declined it at the beginning.

Hands down the best contractors I have ever hired. Fast, responsive, PROFESSIONAL, great price/value. Matter of fact, I would say they probably under charged me for the quality of work they did! Had a concrete patio in my backyard put in. They came out the same week I called them. Responded to all calls and texts immediately. These guys provide top quality workmanship and I could not be happier. I will hire them for all future concrete and finishing work! They have won my business!

First, I do not want to hire this company due to negative reviews on a recognized website and I still gave them a shot. Javier contacted me and we made an appointment for quotes, He was very professional. He was the only one who came in with samples and explains to me the process. He came in on time as he promised to start the project. Javier came with his son who is also named Javier and they started immediately. Really happy about the service and quality of work. I will use them again for home future projects.

garages must be different than large outdoor areas. The product has cracked in 2 places and appears that it will eventually start to peel off. These cracks run 6 feet long. I plan to silicone the cracks and hope that will keep it from cracking off

Javier is the owner, this was no small job like coating a garage. This is a large area with tenants. When Javier first came to give me an estimate I made it clear that his product had to be nonslip and he made it clear that it would be. This was the main reason for the project that it be nonslip. I asked him how long it would take to dry, he said 24 hours maybe two days. I told him, I can't do that I have tenants and there was no other for some of them to get out. He said there is another product that will dry in 4 hours but it will cost you more. I was willing to pay more for it to dry in 4 hours. The project started in the morning and I stayed at the property until 9:30 at night because it hadn't dried and tenants were arriving and I put socks over their shoes to keep the floor from getting black from dirt off their shoes! It was still sticky all over the place. It was sticky for days and now tenants were walking on it. The worst part of this is I was washing down the area with water and I slipped and almost fell down two times. A tenant also told me that they slipped and almost fell down. I contacted Javier about these problems, he came back with his son and added more nonslip product in one area but was not willing to add nonslip in other large areas unless I gave him additional $300.00. I had already paid him $10,500.00 for this job I should give him $300.00 more for a job that should of been done right the first time! He has not contacted me or returned to fix up the messed up job he did. You will see the black filth and the safety strips I'm using to keep tenants from falling. Asphalt Sealing is as close as I get with the choices I have. They sealed concrete and not asphalt.

Very friendly and had samples, but the quality of work was not so good. The epoxy floor had ripples and multiple foot prints throughout. In one area the epoxy was smooth and others very rough. I would not use them again. Unfortunate

After looking into 6 different companies and getting 5 quotes to get my garage floor coated, I ended up going with Atozac Construction due to the lower price with a lifetime warranty. From step one, I was talked to like a friend, not just another client. Information shared during the quote was remembered during the install. The person that gave the quote, did the install, not some other workers he brought in. They showed up when they said they would, stayed for as long as they said they would, and the work looks amazing. I understand it has only been a day and I haven't had time to test the durability, but as of now, I would hire them in a heart beat if I had to do it over again. Highly recommended!

Sergio and his team were very professional! Although our materials arrived a day late, they were still in communication with me and kept me in the loop. I appreciated that. The work was done within 3 days and our garage floor looks amazing! I've already had my parents get theirs done as well and will be recommending them to more of my family. Thanks again guys!
