I signed a contract with Atrium concepts to tear out old cement and gravel and dirt hill. They were to build 14x23foot cement patio with bench. Also steps from living room to patio, steps from patio to sidewalk and sidewalk between patio and garage. The crew came and worked a few days tearing out old patio and digging up rocks and dirt. Then no one came for several days. I kept trying to get ahold of contractor but no one answered calls or voice mails when I could leave them. I also sent lots of texts with no replies. I finally contacted Angie to report this. Then the concrete guys came back and started working again. They gave me their card and said to contact them and not the contractor. They worked and got the old cement up and disposed of. In April we had a lot of rain which turned the area into a muddy mess. I know they had to wait till the area dried because they are were pools of standing water. When it finally got to when they could work they built the retaining wall and leveled out the patio area. There was a problem with the contractor about the bench along the sidewalk. He now said I needed to pay extra for it and I told him that the reason I went with him was because he would put the bench in. He was the one that originally mentioned it. He finally agreed. In May the guys started putting in forms for the patio, stairs and sidewalk. Then it was a couple weeks when no one showed up and whenever I tried to call the contractor his mailbox was not set up for his phone. I texted him and sometimes he responded and a lot of the time he did not. Three weeks in a row I texted and asked when my patio would be done he would text and by end of week and. I was told cement would be poured 3 different times. The third time it came. The guys came two hours before the truck to finish framing the stairs, putting down rebar and stuff around house. They came two or three more times to build bench, take out framing and patching up cement. They cleaned up some but left cement splatter on the house siding and chunks of cement and gravel in yard. Later I realized that the steps from patio to sidewalk seemed narrow but rarely used them but others benched it and when I realized I was stepping down them with my foot sideways I found out they definitely were not up to code. That is when I contacted Angie.

Atrium Janitorial came in and did a deep clean on my house and are beginning biweekly services moving forward. They were quick, did a great job, and the price is great! Definitely recommend them!
