Atrium Tree Service, LLC

Very professional and fair pricing. Highly recommend

The crew was professional and on time. I was impressed with the post site cleanup after removing 4 trees. Their attention to detail made me want to write a positive review to show my appreciation for the good experience they provided

I had Atrium cut down a very large Ash tree in our back yard. Not only was their pricing below the competition, but the professionalism of the crews and their workmanship was great. I especially liked being able to accept the terms of the job via email and then getting billed the invoice digitally once everything was done. Made payment easy, quick, and without hassle. I will hire them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

quick and efficient. left a few branches in bushes an leaves in yard but it was minimal debris so I didn't bother making a complaint bcuz they did such good work for a really good price in my opinion.

Friendly, professional.

Grant and his crew did a great job removing one large dead pine and three smaller ones. No damage to adjacent items and thorough cleanup.

Very professional, friendly, quick response time (less than 5 days), fair pricing, excellent job of trimming & removing debris from a large Linden tree. We are quite pleased with the results!

Again, very professional, friendly, quick response time (less than five days), knowledgeable, fair pricing, & wonderful results! Needless to say, we're quite pleased!

Very professional & did a wonderful job of cleaning up debris after removing 2 maple trees.

Fair price for work, good clean up, good job done.

It was nice working with the Atrium Tree Service.

Came quick. Showed up when they said they were going to. Everybody was very friendly. Price was better than other services I've used. I recommend.

Atrium Tree Service, LLC., did a great job trimming my ash tree. Customer service has been good. They arrived early on the day scheduled for my tree to be trimmed. I am involved with them and our goal is to save an ash borer infected tree that I am so glad it can be saved in my front yard, rather than cutting it down. Their service prices are very reasonable and they provide excellent service. Everything was cleaned up and I didn't hear any loud noises during the whole time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I learned about them through HomeAdvisor.com. Linda of Omaha NE

Tree was trimmed quickly with a very short lead time. They made it super easy and were great to work with with a reasonable price. They did a great job and would recommend to anyone.

Grant and his guys knocked it out of the ballpark. They did a super job, cleaned up all the twigs, took down four 70 foot tress, plus trimmed to others. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Did not respond to initial phone calls to schedule work. Ground cleanup should have been better.

Trees removed promptly and with full cleanup. Did what they promised at a fair price. I'm very pleased with the result. Jerold S.

Removed a tree in the front yard & trimmed the three trees in the back yard. Great job.

I live in Dundee, with many big, older trees in my yard. During the past 20 years I have had many tree service companies work for me. Some good, some poor and some that didn't even bother to show up. Atrium Tree Service was the best service I have ever had. The estimate was fair, the explanation of what was to be done and why was very helpful. The crew showed up on time, did all the work that was required, and cleaned up everything...everything. My trees were trimmed and a couple of trees were removed. The men were courteous, professional, hard-working (on the hottest and most humid day of the year) and knew what they were doing. The owner was on the job site, and was very helpful in recommending what needed to be done. He is also a Licensed Arborist. Atrium Tree Service provided excellent work. I recommend them and will be using them for all of my tree care needs.

Fantastic great people and great service

I was quoted a price of $1350, but I was charged $1800. The credit card company will not do anything about the charge and the guy will not call me back. Ripoff. UPDATE 10/2/19: A follow-up to my earlier email. I finally get in touch with the guy, and he tells me that he found the original quote that he provided me. He tells me he will refund the $450 and for me to provide my address so that he can pay me the money. I give him my address and I have yet to receive the money in the mail. So now we have someone that is dishonest and who fails to fulfill a promise. You better consider what I am telling you because you may be the next one to get burned.
