May 2024: We had 2 Very Large Old Elm Trees Removed. Scott and his Polite, Personable, Professional Crew if atleast 6 men arrived20 minutes early to start working at our scheduled time. In 5 hours they removed both trees and totally cleaned up. They took care to protect our home, unmovable objects, and a smaller young tree. They worked together as a team of pro's. We would highly recommend them. And we would definitely use them again should we need their services. We had taken several bids and theirs was very reasonable for the size of these trees.

Came in had a 55 ft and 30 ft tree down 1hr and half and was all picked up in about the same time

We had 2 large Ash trees in our front yard that we needed trimmed up. We had some low lying branches over the house, street and our driveway we wanted trimmed, as well as some deadwood on the trees. We had gotten a couple estimates for the work, one from this company after seeing their reviews on Home Advisor. My husband decided to go with A2 as Scott emphasized during the estimate that he accompanied his crew to ensure that the job the homeowner wanted was done. Also, stated that instead of using a cherry picker his crew climbed the trees, as a cherry picker would leave holes. We agreed to his services the day and time of the estimate. We had a couple communication issues, mainly brought on by a text I had sent him when we received some storm damage on one of the trees to be trimmed, before he was able to get to our job. After a couple phone calls it was straightened out. He phoned the night before arriving to our home stating he could come the next day and get our job done. My husband met him at our home. He came with his crew and got the job done quickly and cleaned up well. Before I got home my husband called to tell me that Scott had told him I would not like it. He said it was like getting a bad haircut that you did not like, but the trees would grow and be beautiful. Based on this phone conversation I was already prepared for the worst possible scene as I was getting home. It was like getting socked in the gut pulling up in front of our home. What was left of our very full and slightly overgrown trees would be mainly tree trunk with branches of leaves at the top. I refer to them now as Naked ladies, although they are not the beautiful flower that shares this name. They are bare, ugly and very sad trees that look as if the trim was required from perhaps a tornado or high wind storm. My struggle with this is how a company who refers to themselves as professional would trim a tree in this manner. We do agree on one thing, he said I would not like it. He is correct. And the fact that he knew that and still trimmed it as he did is what is alarming. Based on the outcome of our tree trimming by his company I really do not know why he made certain to emphasize the tree climbing versus the cherry picker. We have NO branches off this tree in which there would have been holes in the foliage. His comparison to a bad haircut is a little short. A bad haircut takes only a week or two to grow. Our trees will need years.

Excellent communication. Removed 2 large trees and stumps and did a great job of clean-up for twigs and branches. Price that we were quoted was the price that we paid.
