Over the years, I have lived in many houses and used several different maid services. I have never had bad service and all have been very good and I have had no complaints. So by using my past experiences with other maids as a measuring stick, I can definitely say that Nancy Ann has shown me what exceptional maid service really looks like. She has such attention to detail and she cleans and dust areas I donâ t prevent think of. I have carpet treads on the wooden steps in my garage that lead into my house and she even vacuumed those. I didnâ t think they would have been included in the service. Before she arrives, I think my house looks pretty clean. However, when she leaves I can definitely tell the difference. She is always on time and she is a very pleasant person to deal with. I certainly can recommend her without reservations and would give her a 5+ if I could.
