5 stars for the excellent work by Project Manager Daniel and the crew led by Ja'Andre. Daniel was professional, detailed, and kept us informed throughout the project. Ja'Andre’s team was respectful, clean, and completed everything on time. Both deserve top marks. The only downside was the office side—while Nicole was helpful, getting final photos and documentation was harder than expected. Improving that process would go a long way. We’re happy with the results and the 10-year warranty gives us peace of mind. Thanks, Attic Projects—we’d work with you again! —David

I was in need of an attic cleanup, inspection and blown in insulation. The process with very smooth from initiating an inspection to completion of the project. The project managers like Richard B and the crew with Ramon were fantastic. I got all the details and information I needed and they made the project go seemlessly. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will definitely reach out for future projects and recommend them for others looking for Attic work.

The first team they sent ( on Saturday) did a very lousy and slobby job, I called the sales manager (Dan) and he showed on Monday and did the inspection and agreed that the job wasn't done properly, he rescheduled another team to complete the job and the second team (Troy and Justin)showed up early and got the job done perfectly! even though it was a little bit inconvenient to me that they had to do it twice, I'm happy with the outcome.

Matt was the project manager for my job (rats got into the basement), and he called the evening that I requested an inspection. He was there the next morning, even offering me options for when he could arrive (I took the earliest one). He showed up exactly when he promised, and finished the inspection quickly. After a brief discussion with me, and another discussion with the company, he returned with a bid for sealing the basement, cleaning, and rat proofing, which ended up being far cheaper than I had feared. The next morning, his crew, Cody and Ulisses, showed up at exactly the time that was promised, no sitting around and waiting. They got right to work, and despite the challenges of working on a 100 year old house, they were able to rat proof my basement, clean up all of the problem areas, and set traps, in under two hours. Cody and Ulisses were fantastic! They took photos of all of the problems, before and after, and let me know how to deal with the problems in the future. I got to see the photos before they left, and they also sent the images to me vial email. The only "complaint" I have is not really a complaint at all. It would be great if Attic Projects could set up an online payment option (PayPal, Google Wallet, whatever), so that I didn't have to pay by check. The service was outstanding. While I hope I never need to eliminate rats again, I know that if I do, I will call Attic Projects. If customer reviews are a factor in raises and bonuses, then Matt, Cody, and Ulisses all have my recommendation. These guys were awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Dave and Adam did an awesome job getting our attic cleaned and re-insulated. I called 5 different insulation companies and this was by far my best experience starting with the initial call. Adam just happened to be close by and was able to come and give us a full inspection and estimate within a couple hours of calling. They came and completed the job in one day and we are very glad we decided to go with Dave and Adam for the job. We are already noticing a difference in the temperature of the house and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. There are a lot of companies out there that do Attics as an offshoot from other services, but Attics are their primary business and their knowledge clearly demonstrates that to be the case.

Green and Devon were professional and hard working and by all appearances did an excellent job. Felt the job in itself was expensive for time and hardware but water under bridge

Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation Install or Upgrade
Two years ago, I had paid over 8 grand to have Attic Projects clean out the old heating duct, insulation, replace insulation, rat-proofing, mold spray, and replace the vapor barrier of my crawl space. During the initial consultation I stated that I had my own reflective insulation and asked if they could install it. The salesman assured me it would not be an issue. The day the team arrived they only had one vacuum bag. This was a big project and it ended up requiring a few bags and additional days to install the insulation and vapor barrier. At this point, a project manager from Attic Project called me to request more money. I felt like I was being scammed but understood they were taking too long for this project with teams of 7 to 8 guys coming to my home. I paid an extra 500. I had to fix a kitchen drainpipe during the process, and I suited up and crawled under my house. While I was down there, I was able to inspect the cleaning of my crawlspace closely. There were some missed spots where some insulation was still clinging to the wood. No problem it is not perfect but its 98% clean. However, I notice there was not any sign or smell of any anti-mold agents being sprayed on every board like they stated they would do. I have photos of the mold, and nothing was changed. I asked about this, and the foreman assured me they did the spraying. My home office window is only 12 feet from their work van. I never once saw any sign of anti-mold spray or cannery being used. Never once did I see any type of machine that would spray all the WOOD beams of the crawlspace like they said. I did see the foam spray cans they used for rat proofing. But no mold spray. But again, they stated they did it. I trusted them. The team did not know how to install reflected. I had explained the process and showed them how it was done. They come back armed with stable guns, my insulation, metal tape, and cocking. Takes an additional 3 days. During the insulation they stabled one of my pex pipes and caused a leak. They fixed it. The foreman again concerned for a good review had me look through the opening at the insulation. I checked it and it looked stellar. I assumed it was done that way through the entire crawlspace. A year goes by, and I can smell mold and we have a mold issue on the north side of the house which is the furthest place from the entryway. The floors are cold. I crawl under there and I noticed the area by the entry way is great. They used the tape they stapled the sides next to the floor joist and added the second layer along the joist sealing the floor. I crawled further up north of the crawlspace I noticed the quality drastically changes. One stable in the center of the reflectix stabled between the floor joist providing no insulation of any kind. They basically just made it look like they completed the work. I could easily move the insulation aside and inspect the wood. You guessed it. MOLD. As a new homeowner I pretty much figured I do not have any rights to do anything. I even wrote up a nice review since it was important to them, immediately after the job was complete. I was SCAMMED and out 8k plus. Lesson learned but I finally worked up the courage to speak up about my experience so future customers learn from my mistake. If you decide to go with this company, I would be sure to have a second company inspect their work. They scammed me and I paid a lot to basically have a crawlspace that is molding, only 10% insulated, a damaged pex pipe.
