Very Pleased with the whole process. I appreciated the time Mark took to explain to me the product, and make recommendations to accommodate my older home after evaluating what would work best. The installers were very polite, courteous, hard working, and respectful of my property. Everyone went above and beyond. Mark checked back with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the installation.

Our install was 23 May and I regret it. First: When they said they were complete and asked if I wanted to take a look. I did and a large area over our master bath was not covered. When I asked why they said there was plenty insulation already and it didn't need covered. ? Remembering the demonstration at the home show illustration, I asked it to be covered and they did. Second: They started work outside. I went to check and found they were installing 8"x16" white vents on our brown vinyl siding eves. The siding was already vented for the air flow where needed. I asked why. They said it was standard and that people would just paint them. I stopped them there. After they left, I discovered they just screwed two panels over they vented siding and two where it wasn't vented. They cut 4"x4" holes in the siding to expose solid wood panel. One of the two they drilled several holes before covering it. That is why I have no confidence that any of it was done correctly. Only time will tell if
