Attic R Us LLC

Miguel Rivera showed up to inspect my attic gave me a fair quote used money I had saved for an occasion such as this. Miguel and his crew were respectful, clean, on time, dependable and honest. I have already recommended them to friends.

I looked at and received quotes from 3 companies…initially to replace my 25 year old AC unit. After due diligence (price comparison, looking at BBB ratings, & on-line reviews) and talking with Miguel (Attic R Us) I decided to use Attic R Us for a complete home efficiency project. They replaced my AC unit; cleaned all air vents and dryer vent; tested, sealed, & did a post-seal test on the air vents (for leakage); and they removed old attic insulation and installed spray foam on the attic sealing. I found Attic R Us to have fair pricing (I did have two other quotes). They were extremely efficient and completed all the aforementioned work in two days. I’d highly recommend including Attic R Us on your list of companies to evaluate for your home energy efficiency project.

Extremely pleased with the job done by Attic R Us! We have used them twice, a year apart, and have had the same installers, that says something about the company. The prices are fantastic and their preparation is above and beyond. Could not be happier.

Attics R Us did a great job installing insulation in our attic and cleaning our A/C unit and vents. Their team was professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend their services.

Job completed as scheduled. The only comment I have relates to the completion and general description of the project. In the contract it specified “air sealing hidden air leaks”. I asked the tech about it and he said no sealing was done. I guess the question I have is whether we had any leaks in this 30 year old home or not? Shouldn’t there be an automatic sealing process according to the contract?Because no pictures were taken when the job was finished I had to climb up into the attic, which most people can’t do, to see the finished product, which seemed complete to the R-38 rating although I’m not an expert on this subject.

Attic R Us installed a new mini-split system in our garage and insulated our garage attic. They worked up-front with us to assure the system we bought/installed delivered all of the features we wanted. Their office and field installation personnel were all very professional and experienced at assuring they did a great job!! Thanks for a job well done - from start to finish! I highly recommend these guys!
