Allen Atwood is a true professional in every sense of the word. I needed new locksets installed in three doors, an automatic garage door opener mechanism installed and a fairly tricky problem with a firewall that had a gaping hole in the sheetrock where the plumbing for the hot water tank was installed incorrectly. He quickly installed the locksets and gargare door opener. Then he came up with a perfect solution for the bad plumbing in the firewall so that it is now up to code. He was honest, reliable , professional and the cost was affordable. I highly recommend Atwood Construction & Maintenance Service. He can get it done!

While it took a little while to get him out here, he did the repair at a fair price and it's hasn't leaked since, despite some serious rainfall. Thanks

Alan is a very nice man, but his work is not good. He made a box to put into a hole over the fireplace inwhich we could put the tv. After paying half of his fee we had to hire someone else to redo the project. The box was not square which wouldn't allow doors to go on. The doors themselves were not square (1/2 inch off), and could not figure out how to use pocket door hinges. (It would have worked had he started with a things squared). Also, he spent 2 months on this simple project and the last straw was when he didn't show up or call as planned. Nice guy, but poor workmanship.

Hired Atwood 6/5/06 to do the work, still waiting on the Shingle swatches before that can start?

The project has not started yet. Windows have to be ordered. I will give a final rating when job is finished.
