I hired Brian based on posted good reviews even though his quote was not the lowest price. He is friendly enough but must have had bad hair days because he left several of my projects unfinished leaving deep cracks in stucco, completely unhinged cabinet door, exposed screws after shelf removals, unsecured lamp atop a new fence post, etc. Then he requested 25% above the quoted price even though he left within quoted time and had not bought any materials. I myself fixed all his unfinished tasks. If you hire him, then verify yourself that he completes all tasks 100% and do not pay him extra unless you feel he really deserves it.

"When I left Bob A's home I went over every part of the contract with him as I do with every client before they pay he was very happy with the results and paid me in full. This was not an hourly project and I finished early. There was no stucco work involved so I don't know where he is getting that from. Bob had also asked me to do extra work so I asked him to pay me for the extra work I guess he assumed I'd be doing the extra work for free and he was wrong. We agreed to an extra price for the work. He also paid me in full. I'm very surprised to see this complaint I wish he would have called me if there was a problem I would have come over."

I hired Brian Atwood to power wash the exterior of my house as it was closing escrow. I just wanted the surface to be clean. I was not washing it in anticipation of painting the house which has cement board on the exterior. He ruined the finish of the hous. There are many areas where it is obvious that he got tooo close with too much pressure. I have sent text messages, emailed him, and left voice mails on his phone. I have sent him pictures of the damage. He has not had the professionalism or courtesy to reply to any of my attempts to talk to him. I am now preparing to take him to small claims court in order to hire someone (NOT him) to paint the house.

"Mrs. Funk was buying a house that had a 30 year old paint job and a ton of deferred maintenance. The house was covered in mold and had dirt embedded in the paint.The house was underneath big pine trees so there was sap all over. The gutters were plugged with leaves and dirt. We pressure washed the house and gutters as we were hired to do. We cleaned the house beautifully. We received a 5 star review on this page bellow ( see review on 6-10-17) and were paid in full immediately after the work was complete. 8 months after the job was completed we were contacted by Mrs.Funk, she threatened us stating she wanted to go after my insurance so she could get the cost of her exterior paint job covered. Mrs Funk did take me to small claims. We just went to court and the judge ruled against her awarding her nothing as her fraudulent claims were unfounded. Atwood Enterprises prides itself on it's reputation on taking great care of our customers. We care about our clients and we care about the quality of our work. No good deed go's unpunished."

Brian promptly came to the rescue with a variety of projects that needed attention with our remodel. He is so warm, friendly and responsible, my husband and I didn't think twice about leaving him on the job for ten days while we had to be out of town. His brother, who comes to help out with the big stuff, is also a jewel. When we got home, we found that these guys are not only great problem-solvers, but master craftsmen with wood. We're going to be spending a lot of time on the beautiful new deck they built for us. Thanks so much, Brian & Eric! Can't wait to have you over for the barbecue!

We hired him after are other handyman could not figure out how to install the frameless shower door. The door was quickly installed and looks fantastic. We have now hired him to complete hanging the gutters and finish the painting we need done. We are very satisfied with his work. He is very pleasant, punctual and knowledgeable! We would highly recommend him!

I explained what I needed to have done. Brian said he would be able to do the job for us. He said he would arrive on Saturday at 10 and he was here at 10. He did a good job. It was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Brian to family and friends.

Brian is a nice guy the kind of guy you would like to live next door to but if you have bills to pay and you want to eat this week your better off looking for someone a little cheeper his bill was what we agreed to but it was twice as much as it was worth.

Brian from Alltrade has been a very good, hard-working, go to guy for us. He worked on repairing my patio upstairs including getting it hot mopped to prevent leaks, laying tiles and ensuring that the potio is leak proof, etc. He made some recommendations on his own, and we have been very happy with the woirk done.
