Typically, customers talk about a great experience or a horrible one. I had a little of both. At first, it was a simple countertop replacement...until a water pipe was cracked and flooded by whole downstairs. Do accidents happen? Yes! But many times, the customer is left to deal with the aftermath. Not here. Shawn sprung into action and saved my first floor carpet. He offered to get me a hotel room for the night (which I didn’t need) and offered to pay for my carpet to be shampooed. He came back, finished the countertops and fixed the pipe. That job then turned into a backsplash addition! Shawn again was amazing and very meticulous. I am so so happy with my work. I will definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to ANYONE!
