We got the exterior of our house painted by Auburn Valley Painting in March, and they did an excellent job. I got quotes from several companies, but chose them because their prices were reasonable and Andrew, the project manager, was friendly and seemed good with communication from the start, answering any questions I had in a very cordial and welcoming manner. We had booked late in the fall season and our project was originally scheduled for October, weather-permitting. But due to unusually rainy weather all month, it had to be pushed to the next season at the end of March, which we were fine with because we had been told of this possibility. They agreed to keep the same pricing, since the delay had been out of our control. Although I wanted it done quickly (due to HOA pressures), I wondered if March would be too early since it's usually still very rainy during that time. But once March came around, Andrew contacted me to confirm scheduling, and the plan to paint once the weather allowed for it. We waited for breaks in the rainy forecast, and the painters came at every chance they could on dry days to get the job done as quickly as they could, while ensuring a quality job. The painters were very polite and worked hard each day. We were very pleased by the end results, and several neighbors have come up to us to comment positively on it. I also really appreciated Andrew's updates and good communication throughout the whole process, especially answering any questions I had in a friendly manner, no matter how dumb/silly they might have been (coming from an inexperienced person like me). I would highly recommend them!

Andrew and his team provided the quality work and best customer service we expect. We need interior painting done as well and plan on using their services again.

Andrew and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and respectful. We had them paint the outside and a room inside and we are extremely pleased with their work. They finished earlier than anticipated without cutting corners or workmanship.

I was very pleased with the work completed in our home by Auburn Valley Painting. Andrew made us feel as though we were his only client even though he and his employees were very busy! I appreciated being informed of the status each day, especially concerning a unique design on the wall that they worked hard at covering up for us. Andrew has excellent customer service and staff is very knowledgeable and clean up after every day.

Andrew was very professional. His employees cleaned up after themselves, made sure I knew what was going on and when they would be done. They let me know of an issue and helped me to resolve it quickly. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Was impressed with Andrew's attention to detail, from the pressure washing to the trim. All work was done as quoted, each stage done carefully and thoroughly, and completed within the expected timeframe. Supplies and equipment were stowed appropriately at the end of each day, and cleanup and walkthroughs were done daily and at the end of the job. They were even able to accommodate a change to include the front door for a reasonable additional price, and we've since gotten complements on the door, and the whole painting job. Thank you, Andrew and crew for an excellent, stress-free experience.
