Nick and I had discussed our project a few times until we finally scheduled a date for him to come out. A few days before he was scheduled I added a task of replacing our bathroom exhaust fan which I discussed with him so he was aware. He arrived when he said he would and did the work in a timely manner discussing with me as he went. We are really happy with the work performed and wouldn't hesitate to have him back next time.

There's still a little more work to be done and I will try to schedule Nick to come back when I'm ready for the additional work.
