"I have all the email's showing that Alex's request on the pre wire asked for cable and internet as his outside utilities. We ran Cat-6 and RG6 for those 2 utilities. There was NEVER a mention of a land line phone, and then Alex ordered BOTH satellite and local cable tv. I ran a 2nd RG-6 for satellite for free. Alex NEVER filled out an ST-8 tax form so he is liable for state taxes. He paid his final bill on March 30th and STOPPED payment the next day citing that he shouldn't have to pay the taxes and he will send me a new check minus the taxes. Which he did,(he still owes $2600) The system is up and running perfect. Anybody who is looking for a home theater system or whole house audio system feel free to contact me and I could forward all emails confirming everything stated above. Audio Video Concepts is a family run and Veteran owned business since 1997."
