I got some miss information from Home Advisor on the services this company provides and I am so glad that I pursued in finding out about there services. I contacted Michael early in the morning and returned the call within the same day! I explained that I needed to reinstall a home entertainment system that had for years and was waiting for the correct home to install it,he said that's no problem. He showed up exactly on the DATE and TIME he said he was going to. Mike was extremely knowledgeable,meticulous and informative. He is a professional . The system sounds AMAZING. Use Them!!

Mike did a tremendous job - came out right on time, gave us an estimate, set-up the date and time and completed the wall mount in less than 2 hours. Mike takes great pride in his workmanship and hooked up both the TV and cable box. We currently have a surround system for the TV in our home which is currently not plugged in and we have asked him to give us a quote to have this done. His pricing on the TV mount was unbelievable and I rate all his work and cost as A+++. Thanks Mike and I would recommend him highly to anyone and everyone.

I can't remember when I've been so satisfied with a service. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, meticulous and informative. He had to make two separate trips to our house through no fault of his own when we realized our low voltage contractor had failed to complete the Pre-wiring, he never asked for extra to compensate for his troubles. He explained what he was doing every step of the way while he completed the install of three HD flat screen TVs in our new house. You can't go wrong with Audio Video Helpers. Give Mike a call, he will attack the job like he is doing it for his own family/house, that is the best complement I can give anyone. I know I'll use them when I decide to implement a sound system for the living room. Thanks Mike!!!

Mike came out to give us an estimate and explain to us what he would do to set up our sound system and hook up our TV and PlayStation. He gave us a date and time and arrived exactly when scheduled. He took time to set every thing up and show us how to properly use the system. A few days later, we had a problem with the sound, called Mike, and he came out the next morning. The problem was with our cable box, not his installation, but he fixed the problem so it is working fine. I would highly recommend Audio Video Helpers.
