From the moment I spoke to Terence on the phone, I knew I had the right man. Extremely courteous from the outset. I explained the problem and he said he could address and fix it. We agreed on the price, which for the Upper East Side was modest and affordable and he was at my door with his equipment in under half an hour. Terence was meticulous in his approach: He rewired the system to the new Yamaha speakers of a 1985 vintage Pioneer audio component system. He checked out the 6-CD multiple changer, AM/FM, phonograph. Everything was humming. Terrance is an amazing, highly talented AV specialist I will refer to all my friends in the nightclub business along with personal friends.

Terence was totally great! Super well-informed and resourceful, and refused to be stumped by the many unforeseen tech glitches that can come up.
