I would not recommend this company to anyone. I entered into a contract with Mr. Wohlgemuth and it has been a nightmare! Work had started in late July, was supposed to be completed in August. I have paid him all but $1,000 and still have second coats of paint to be applied, in addition to my two bathrooms and stairs to be completed (paint and flooring). Says he will show up and never does. Just took my money and won't return calls, etc. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the work that is undone, as well as correct numerous painting mistakes and pay much more money! I will be reporting him to the appropriate authorities....

it started out to be fantastic. joel the owner is wonderful. he came in and hung my tv on the wall and hid the wires as requested, hooked up my blue ray and cable. i also, purchased 2 speakers etc for the tv. they cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant and professional. why am i givint them 3 stars then you ask? well i have been waiting now for 7+ days for them to come back. cable wasnt working at the time and a wire is missing for the entire pkg to be complete. blu-ray not working. if and when i hear from AVI and they correct the problem then i will change my rating to a most likely a 5 star. otherwise, it remains a 3.

Arrived on time; seamless installation.

They were very accommodating with my schedule and very budget friendly. This was my first power washing on my home in a long time, so they worked extra hard to clean it. It looked nice when I got home.

They seemed to be a little disorganized at first but in the end, they had their act together and did a great job.

AUDIO VIDEO INTELLIGENCE, LLC IS A EXCELLENT COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AFTER I CONTACTED THEM AND IT WAS SUNDAY. THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE VERY FAIR ON PRICE. THE WERE PROFESSIONAL EASY TO WORK WITH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IF YOU WANT FAST RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT WORK HIRE AUDIO VIDEO INTELLIGENCE.

Mr. Joel M Wohlgemuth did install my Home Theater. However, He charged me $100.00 for a universal remote control which he never has delivered. I have called him a few times and he keeps avoiding me. I would not recommend this man to be of service to anyone else.. I believe if you back these people, and tell the consumer that they are reliable and trustworthy, you should at least contact him and hold him accountable. I have my cancelled check to show the amount he charged me. I intend to contact the BBB, and the AG's office to notifiy them of this man's irresponsibility.

Overall a great experience. They were easy to talk to and clearly explained what they were going to do. They were very efficient installing our Home Theater and we were watching a movie before they left. We shopped around for this service and New Boston Home Theater was the best combination of experience, price, and service.

Joel was very professional, courteous and timely. Would def. reccommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

Hi, I hired new bostong home theater llc, I also provided him money to buy some merchandize. He still owes me money($350) and also he didn't finish the Job. I am tired of calling him for last 7 months and decided to complain to you guys. I would stop receommending immediately.
