Great service

Initially, they forgot we had an appointment. When they came later that day, they said the forgot their tools at their last job. They came back, as agreed, two days later. They were late for the appointment. Once here, they got the job done! Despite the tardiness and what seemed to be disorganization, Mike and his crew did a great job! The tv was mounted perfectly and our new Logitech device was synched It looks awesome! Hopefully, when we use them in the future timing will be better!

Top shelf treatment getting our 65" TV mounted onto an articulating mount. While it was a complicated process, the team never lost their pace. Methodical and precise are two words of many I could use to describe my technicians.

They were on time, courteous and did everything they were hired to do and went beyond to give me an excellent experience. I would recommend this company.

They were two hours late and made no call. I had to call them to see if they were coming. I watched them work and became suspicious that they were doing some things to justify their service call cost. They did however fix the problem which I thought a minor one. They rearranged plugs and pins and went through a lengthy alignment of Direct TV's satellite system. When asked about the procedure I was told that they had to start from a solid base to correct my problem. Two men showed up one was mildly friendly and one was not friendly at all. Overall experience not a good one.

I was very pleased by the craftsmanship and professionalism of Audio Video Professionals. They made a difficult (relatively) install look very easy. I would have given them a perfect score, except that they arrived 90 minutes late for our appointment, without calling to let me know. However: I would absolutely hire them again. 4/5 Stars.

The installers were friendly and finished the job ahead of schedule even though I asked them to hang a second t.v. once they arrived. The t.v.s look great!

Excellent service!

Not only did they mount all of my TVs but they also installed DIRECTV. They set up all my remotes did all the proper wiring so no wires or cables show. It's about as turnkey as you can get.

They were very knowledgeable in their profession

These guys did a great job and they were very professional. They were the only ones from HomeAdvisor that even bothered to call me back. Our TV and sound bar look fantastic mounted on the wall now. It was a little pricey, but in all fairness, I did know that potential cost ahead of time. They cleaned up their mess and the job looks very professional. I'd highly recommend them! I hope they continue to keep up this level of service and quality in their work because these days it's hard to come by.

They were responsive to initial call. Scheduled quickly and were flexible on time and date. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond the work that needed to be done. Charges were reasonable considering their expertise.
