Jacob called back right away, came out on time, fixed the problems I was having with installation, and showed me how to improve the sound quality of my home theatre system. Have already scheduled his firm for another job...programming a universal remote.

They called almost immediately, came out, gave a free estimate and were very helpful in explaining how to hook up a component that we wanted for a party we were having. They gave us an estimate and did great work!

Jacob did a great job for the audio/video work in my large house. He is the best I have ever seen. In my old house, the company that did the work, bought more expensive equipment, did a bad job with all the lines hanging around. Jacob was not the least expensive, but very professional, wiring was exceptional, extremely well put together. He was great at customer service, call him at anytime, in fact called him this evening and will come tomorrow.
