After my explaining the problem with my TV to John, he told me he thought he knew what the problem was and could come to my house that morning to repair it. He arrived when he said he would and he was right about the problem. Instead of selling me all new parts that would have cost a lot of money, he was able to repair what was there for less than half the money. John was very professional and extremely nice. He saved me from having to go buy a new TV.
