We called Mike last week and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM this morning and he showed up as scheduled. He reviewed our existing system and explained how the upgraded system would work and showed us live examples of how the App works on our phones and iPads. We agreed on a price for the package and several hours later the work was complete, our phones and iPads connected and as a bonus he reconfigured a â WiredMessâ in the closet that was left by previous contractors.

Mike and Dale installed our home surround sound during the building process. Everything worked flawlessly. About 6 months later we experienced some difficulty with our remote and the sound track. I called and they were very responsive. The problem wasn't able to be addressed by phone, so Mike came to our home on a Sunday afternoon to address the issue. He and Dale worked diligently and solved the problem. Service after the sale is an important factor, and these 2 guys get 6 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers after the sale. Scott
