Ryan did an excellent job working on my water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was very respectful of my home. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. Our toilet in the master bedroom had been broken for 3 weeks. We have hired local Lowes to install but they were so bad and unresponsive. First a technician came with wrong model then another with wrong part, eventually just stopped responding completely. At the last minute, we also found out the toilet flange needed to be replaced. Again, Angi’s to the rescue and we found Augerpros. They responded fast and did the job very professionally. In 2 days since we started searching , our toilet was repaired annd new one installed. Cost was also reasonable compared to Lowes who had no customer service. Highly recommend.

Brendon from Auger Plumbing gave us the bad news that the cast iron pipes in our 45-year old house have to be replaced. He was very professional and sympathetic and patiently explained our options. This is the fourth time over the last ten years that we have used Auger Plumbing, and each time the plumbers and their work have been outstanding. They arrive quickly and work quickly. They explain what needs to be done so that we can understand. We have not had any problems with any of their work.

These guys are amazing! I used to own rental homes and I've had every kind of problem and service and more plumbers than I care to list. If only I had AugerPros at that time. These people are absolutely amazing, well above the others. The price was cheaper, they were amazingly knowledgeable and even found the cleanout in only 5 minutes, and it was 3 inches underground and had to be dug out to get to it. They found a pair of ladies underwear blocking the pipe, and were reasonable and amazing. I will never call anyone else, even if I have to wait! I've never experienced better service people. They were friendly, courteous, professional and just good people! If I met them outside of work, I would consider them friends. Simply the best!
