service was fast and complete -hope to used this pros to clean floor vents in near future

The carpet technician was very friendly however we paid extra to have a red kool aid spot treated and the chemical used turn the beige carpet white in the spot treated and still did not remove red spot. Call center is lacking professionalism, I might be wrong but it seems as if this is run from a home, I either reached an answering machine or when I did reach a live person they were loud children in the background or I was informed the person was out running errands. In general my carpets were slightly cleaner than before they started however there was no real scrubbing of spots, only a spray of some sort of cleaning product then water in then out again. After the cleaner left my husband borrowed the neighbor�s spot carpet cleaner and was able to remove the spots easily, which left us questioning what exactly we had just spent a $165 on?

Although Tony was very friendly, he and his partner were 1 1/2 hours late. I called the company after the first 1/2 hour and was told they had an emergency. I feel they should have called me to inform me of the delay. I was told that the carpets would be dry in 1 1/2 hours but the carpets were still wet 4 hours later. He did an exceptional job with the stains left where my dog passed away but the rest of the carpet didn't fair as well. The carpet also has a sticky feeling now that it has totally dried. I was also expecting them to move furniture etc., but that did not happen. I will probably use a different company the next time.

The company did a good job. Only real problem I had was cleaner was an hour and a half late. He did call me to say he would be late, but showed up later then he had estimated. He was very polite and did a good job. But for someone on a tight schedule, this does cause a problem.

They came on time but did not pre-treat the carpet at all. Cleaned the carpet and informed us to wait 1-2 hours before it would dry. It actually took 6 hours for all of the carpet to be dry.

Augusta Carpet Cleaning did an excelleng job with the move-out clean. There were a few wine stains on the white carpet that I had a hard time removing and they got them all out. Great job!!!!

Communication was great from start to finish. They were very flexible and professional. I plan to use them again to clean the remaining carpets in my home. Thank You.

When the contractor came. he ol used the steam method. He didnt put anything down to remove sopts in the living room, It did't really clean the high traffic areas.

They very good, friendly, punctual and there prices were reasonable compared to the competition.

They come when we call them. They are very reliable, did a good job.
