Augusta Roof Brite, LLC

Roof repair did not stop leak. Called repeatedly, return phone call many days later. Second repair did not work, nearly a week now with no return call. Person who did repairs was very nice, but didn t fix the issue. Manager not returning calls.

His first offer was $350 and granted it took a little more work, The final price was $1000. I worked all day helping out an older man who was by himself and I cleaned up all of the shingles that was on the ground and also hauled them to the dump. Not good on my back. They charged me for a extra bag of shingles that is now in my garage. They should have took them back. When the second employee showed up he told me that he was going to milk it because he was pail by the hour. I would not recommend this company.

great work

On time, courteous, and hard working.

Had to stay alert and on them to do good work. Work was very sloppy. Not as fast as they said.

Called the next day, and told me why they did not show up or call yesterday afternoon

excellent work in a timely fashion

Very friendly and professional.

He did a very very good job and I will use him again. cb

This company responded quickly and were very customer friendly. They fixed my leaky roof promptly and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Crew of three workers was excellent and went above and beyond. I would hire this company again and recommend it to others.

They did a very nice job on the power washing.

Great customer service. Quick service in bad weather.

I had a winter storm coming and they fixed the roof while the storm was coming. Great job.

Arrived on time and completed the job as proposed.

They showed up Quickly. Didn't wait for weeks. The cost was a lot less than other roofers had asked for. It was a small job. It,s hard to get a reasonable price on a small job. I am very pleased.

They took very good care of my roof. Will be using them again in the near future. Thank you John, and Home Advisor.

They showed up on time and did an excellent cleaning of my vinal siding

came, did the work quickly, and did extra, as they still had more time--all at a favorable price. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

Thought they would cancel because of the weather - As soon as the sun came out they were on the job.

DID A GREAT JOB.

They was very helpful and quick taking care of my problem. I will use them and Home Advisor again in the future. Thank You Both

I've used John's service for about 3 years now. He did our barn, did roofing, some landscaping as well. He's very reliable, honest and he does a great job. His staff is very respectful, and nice to work with. I live alone in the country and I feel comfortable having them come over and do work on my property.
