We received several quotes to replace our roofing before we decided on Augustine Roofing. They quoted a price about $1500-$2000 difference. At first I was skeptical, because you get what you pay for, but I decided to go ahead and allow them to replace our roof. I couldnt be more happier with our choice. They were prompt, stayed late in the evening to get the job completed and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. The next day we had another group of guys to come out and replace our gutters through Augustine roofing as well. Overall great experience.

This is the second time I hired Augustine. The first time was to fix a roof that was leaking. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner and fix the leak. This time I hired them to install a new roof. They were able to send an estimator out quickly who was on time. Not only that, but the estimator gave a very detailed estimate and was very helpful in answering a number of questions whenever I contacted him. The estimate was lower than other estimates I received. They were also on time with the work and did a great job cleaning up. The only reason for the 4.5 quality rating is because they just installed it and it hasn't rained yet. I would recommend them for repairs and installation.

These are pros & inspire confidence in their work. The customer service is some of the best we've experienced & the workers were very diligent. Our property was left in great condition after the work was completed.....overall a great experience. Will definitely recommend!!

Augustine Roofing did a great job, they were the best of the 3 quotes, and very professional. During the bidding process,I had a number of questions which Ben answer very timely. highly recommended.

I decided to get 4 estimates during the month of October 2015, for a New Roof and Gutters. 2 Companies came out and looked at my the Townhouse from the outside and gave me verbal estimates of ($3800 - $4700). One of the companies that I contacted never got back to me. With Augustine Roofing, Ben came out 1 day after I contacted Augustine. I showed Ben a leak in 2 of my Bedrooms. Ben got his ladder and climbed on the Roof, Surveyed, and took Pictures. After about 15 minutes on the roof, Ben came down and showed me the pictures, (I was able to see the damage and the cause of the leak on the roof which was 27 Years old). Ben gave me a verbal estimate of ($3500 - $4300) for the New Roof and Gutters. Because of Ben's efforts to climb on the roof, take pictures, explain the damages, and explain the Augustine Roofing process, I was Sold! I asked if Augustine gave a Veterans Discount, the answer was Yes. I had the written estimates within 48 hours! Within 7 days, due to the rain (2 days), I had a New Roof installed on (10/30/2015 - 10-31-2015). The Gutters were installed on 11/2/2015. The Final Price ($4100). We are Extremely pleased with the Customer Service, Installation, Clean-up, and Satisfaction Follow-Up! I can't say enough about the efforts of Ben and Tony to get this job completed! My Townhouse was built in 1989, I have lived here since 2000. I know that my row of neighbors have the original roofs on their homes. I am recommending Augustine to all of my neighbors. I Like Augustine's Approach. They Came out, Goy Up on the Roof, Took Pictures, Explained what the Problem Was and Sent me a Reasonable Quote. I hired Them!

Bill Augustine as the owner of the company projected a personal, straightforward, honest and professional approach in bidding for the job. He was the only contractor not requiring any down-payment before starting the job. For those reasons, he drove me to hire him over his competition almost instantly. His crew of young immigrants worked non-stop, was very efficient and well-mannered. Their workmanship is guaranteed for ten years, so I trust that they did quality work. Augustine is competitive in pricing compared with the quotes that we received. However, I rate the value for money 4 stars, because it could be somewhat better as I find out afterwards. Yes, I recommend Augustine roofing for roof replacements.

I highly Augustine roofing. Rick gave us a great quote on a high quality roof and gutters. His crew was friendly and efficient. They knocked out the whole roof in one day and swept the whole yard with magnates to pick up any nails. The gutter team shied up the next day and finished in a couple hours. They didn't require payment till the job was completed to our satisfaction. We got a great roof from a great company!

Excellent contractor. Courteous, timely and very professional. Project Manager and Crew made a great team. Did all they said they would do and more. Left the house and yard in better condition than when the project started. I would and have recommended Augustine to two of our neighbors needing a new roof. The experience was very rewarding.

I worked with Rick Newman to arrange the work to be done. I got estimates from a number of roofers and thus had many questions. Rick patiently guided me through the process and promptly and completely answered any questions and addressed all concerns. The entire crew was prompt and courteous and did a great job.

They had the best price overall, and had the product I thought was the best for my roof. They do not nickel and dime you and don't charge for basic additional work: such as additional plywood, painting flue.

Great customer service and great quality work in replacing my entire roof. No complaints!

I learned about Augustine through the recommendation of a friend, so I had high expectations, but it seems nothing could go right from the start. After a delayed start, half the crew showed up with no foreman and no one could speak any English. With no supervision, none of the job-specific instructions were passed to the workers and I had to constantly monitor the job taking time off work. Once complete, the work site was left a mess, no one reviewed the final job to ensure my satisfaction and then I was over-charged for "extras" beyond the initial contract. A highly frustrating experience.

Tony ( office manager) was very helpful for me to selcet the right color for the roofing, scheduled the work in a timely manner so that we could avoid the real cold weather and finished the job very nicely. We chose one of the best quality material and Bill Augustin gave us the best price around. I am very happy with the final result. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs new roof.
