Fast and good

Ed from Augustine Trees was a delight to hire. He came out quickly to give us an estimate, his price was reasonable, and on the day he was to arrive he came on time, and he and his crew were quick and professional. They even raked up the yard to get even the smallest twigs from the tall Black Walnut they removed (without any danger to the neighbors fence nor our house), along with lots of smaller saplings. I highly recommend Ed from Augustine Trees!

They were very professional, on time, and proficient in their work.

We had Augustine come out and quote several of our trees for trimming and removal. Ed was very knowledgeable. They did a quick and efficient job removing and cleaning up the area all while we were at work. Will definitely hire them again. Pricing was great. The only thing I think they could improve on is the communication. I waited almost 3 weeks after getting my quote to get on the schedule. Voicemail box was full when I tried to call. After my appointment I emailed regarding stump grinding & removal, that was 8/1 and it's now 8/26 and I haven't heard a thing. But great company overall.

Would give them 5 stars except that they are really busy and are not prompt in answering inquiries. The first work they did was done in Firestone and involved trimming three trees, one of which is a 3+ story cottonwood. The work was performed quickly and they did a great job with the trees and the clean up. Later, Ed came inspect a tree in order to give an estimate for work at another location. After 2 weeks, I emailed and asked for the quote which he sent. I emailed back and asked him to schedule the work, but I still have not heard from him. I do realize that this is a very busy time of year for them, so I'm not upset, just waiting.

They did a great job on removing our willow. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on the removal of our stump. They removed the tree and said they'd come back for the stump. It's been several weeks and I haven't heard anything...

Augustine is a very efficient company and I would use them again!!

Good effort to schedule at mutually convenient times..Unusual wetness problems because of weather and climate change. Delayed a portion of the work until fall.
