I needed help fast and Mr. Augustus not only was the only responder, he picked up the phone when I requested immediate assistance. Within 48 hours his team cleaned to perfection a one-bedroom apartment, left vacant for one year with a window open! his apt has high ceilings, signs of mice residency, and dust so thick you could write your name in it. Within a few hours, the apt is spotless and beautiful again.. even the balcony, shades, screens, and all the furniture, are vacuumed, dusted and polished! They say, perfect is the enemy of good. l will take perfect any time and Mr. Augustus provided just that. We are over the moon and happy with his accomplishment. He even sent before and after pictures and video. Unbelievable! Thank you so much Mr. Augustus and team.
