Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We have an annual contract with Carolina Cool, and in the past the service reps were good! We had some issues with our hot water heater, and Brandon came out and reset the system and said we DID NOT need a new hot water heater. Day later, again no hot water, called on a Saturday and Marco came out. He never even looked at the hot water heater and said since 11 years old need new one. He advised on Monday between 9-9:30 am he would come install new one. We told him had a medical appointment in afternoon must keep so had to have installed in morning. Marco promised he would and no problem. Had contract, price and on Monday, no Marco. In fact when I called his number he said going to service another area for us call office to schedule. I could not believe he was so unprofessional, lied to us and irresponsible to put us in this position. I called Carolina Cool, and they had nothing on the schedule for us! Marco never put it in and just left us hanging. I ask for a manager call! Not cal
