Once the contractor gets your money he wants to get the materiel in the home right away. The contractor just thinks about money and not want the consumer wants, the material is very crappy and he is unprofessional.

I was searching to do my bathroom. There were other companies before that gave me very high quotes. Then Aurora Service Pro came and they were very professional. They gave me a great quote and they were amazing. They came and did the work and i was very satisfied with the whole process right from the beginning.

It was a great experience. The project was completed to our expectations no issues and done on time.

They really do great job and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Aura home remodeling remodeled my bathroom. Gavriel was my contractor, he did above and beyond to make me satisfied, fond the best solutions for me, assisted me with everything I needed. The job was done in minimum time and maximum attention for details. I am very thankfully and will sure contact aura home remodeling, especially Gabriel, the next time I need any remodeling or construction done.

I hired them to do an AC duct system cleaning to fulfill our buyers' request for selling our home. They came, they were there for an hour and they left. They left my furniture shoved out of place from accessing the attic. And come walk through time, the buyers find that NOTHING was done. I brought in a second company to figure out what happened and they confirmed that NOTHING was done. I was charged and even tipped extra assuming they did their job. I did try desperately to get them on the phone to help explain this but they were apparently out of the office for a holiday. But nothing on the website or on the call in message (which said I was holding for an available rep) said they were in fact closed and my efforts were pointless. I finally reached someone on online messenger who assured me a manager would be in touch soon. Nothing. A week later I called and explained it again to the seemingly nice lady on the phone who apparently faked concern and swore she would call me back with a plan to rectify everything and here I am, 2 weeks later with no contact. Save your money, save the headache. Go with a different company. The cheapest is by far not worth it in this case.

They have been really helpful both for renovations and repairing issues that have come up with my apartment. Aura is always responsive and lets me know quickly what is going on and what the next steps are. Highly recommend them!

Terrible, unprofessional, way overpriced, came while no one was home to do the work unsupervised. Damaged my property in addition to the shitty work provided, when I asked for itemized bills of services and materials ACTUALLY used they would not return my phone calls (Office, Contractor...no one) never in my life will I use someone off HomeAdvisor because that’s how bad my experience with this company was.

This company is a thief. They do an unprofessional job with workers that don't have the skill to do the job. They way overpriced for they crappy job they do. David charges whatever he thinks he can get away with, he makes too many excuses for sorry work and puts the blame on the customer for the sorry work his employees do. He says his crew will show up on a certain day and they don't show up at all. I'm still waiting for him and his crew to show up and redo the shitty job they did. I will never use this sorry of an excuse of a company again and I do not recommend them. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Ido was very professional, I did not have to call him during the project, kept his word when someone was coming over during the project, I will definitely recommend this company for projects.

Over promise and un-deliver I feel this company does work out of the scope of their profession. They leave messes, and are un-professional, and they are not reliable.

I hired this company to fix the water intrusion issue at a particular home. This included removing drywall, insulation, and carpet. The sheetrock was ripped out in an aggressive manner and not 4 feet up that I would have expected. I had to actually ask if they would dehumidify the home versus it being recommended. I was given not suggestions or plans of actions; mind you we had the budget for all 3 phases of this complete project. After I suggested a dehumidify process I had to ask MANY times for me to PAY THEM! I couldn't get my calls returned or my emails returned. None. I finally was able to pay the outstanding bill. I had to ask (again) if they would do the remodel of the home and they offered me a quote of X. I asked if they "could work on the price" and I never heard back from them. Not once. Not even a "no." I gave the job to someone else today. My experience with Aura had me nervous, which I found to be VERY disappointing as this was through Home Advisors. Lesson learned.

They showed up early and went straight to work cleaning my upholstered chairs and a mattress topper. I selected their deep cleaning package. Everything they cleaned looks like new and smells great! Pricing was higher than I thought, but I did not shop around for services.

their equipment was not very good their vacuum had very little suction it wouldn't even pick up a piece of popcorn and we didn't see any steam come out my carpet feels hard when I walk on it barefoot

They arrived ready to go- I had a wonderful experience using them to clean my whole house ( carpets) Great customer service and very friendly- made sure I was aware of any extra services needed and the cost to make the choice before hand - I really like that. No hidden costs!!!
