I posted an earlier review about the great job Casey and his crew did, actually gave them a 5 star rating. And then they came to install the shower glass and doors and that is when the project just completely failed. The first installer drilled holes in the grout lines instead of the tile , had the wrong anchors and so the shower door support rail was pulling out of the wall in one bathroom. Casey mis-ordered the glass panel in the guest bathroom 2 TIMES. YES THAT IS 3 INSTALLATIONS. The last installer was a hack. He did not cover the old holes and left them exposed. He could have simply caulked them and put the new glass panel over them to hide the old holes, nope. He could not lay a continuous bead of caulk that was longer than a few inches, it was such a poor installation I could've done it better myself. He did not take the shipping pad off of the glass in an area which could not be reached, never cleaned the glass or took off the silicone caulk he smeared on it, and caulked one side of the glass. When I informed Casey and sent pictures he replied *That does not look good at all* I said give me $500.00 and I will fix this myself, he refused, saying he lost $3000.00 on the job.

The installers it was their first time installing baseboard and door trim. Would ask how we wanted the trim done and we would come back to check and it was done a different way. Then the arguing about that is what you said. Get angry and rip it out! Then the owner of McMillian Flooring that lives in another State sent us an invoice after the fact for an additional 60 hours plus chalk. We recorded the hours they were on the property. They have shown no proof of the hours worked they have presented to us. McMillian Flooring threading to put a lien on our house for excessive hours charged after the fact. No show for a final walk-through with us. Two days later went into our home unannounced. Refused to walk thru with us or to warranty his subcontractor's work.

The installation is perfect - really! Great quality of work and exceptionally clean. Truly a professional installation in every way. I would highly recommend McMillan Flooring .

So disappointed. Casey completed my flooring upstairs and downstairs, but amazingly enough, the store did not have my product, for both floors, not just one, and I had to settle with what they did have for each floor. Next, he claims it was the stores fault again that my product for the staircase was not available. Then, we pick a second one... that is not available. He took my money for the flooring upstairs and downstairs and has not once initiated a phone call to me about the stairs. It is now almost two months I am waiting, the guy has an excuse EVERY single time I contact him - not once has he contacted me. Now, I am waiting for him to check his calendar and get back to me...no word at all. He could have checked while he was texting me and gave me a date but he has made no effort to ensure there is a product for the install. The staircase is not enough money for him to make the extra trip. In my pantry, he never even put the baseboards back on and in a few places both upstairs and downstairs when you walk on the vinyl flooring you can feel it does not adhere to the floor beneath, which is unacceptable. I did not pay him for the staircase, but I should not have paid him for anything until the job was done. He kept telling me it was Home Depots fault, not his, and like an idiot I actually believed this guy would come back. Three of the four toilets he put in are wobbly and I had to have someone else secure them appropriately. I thought I would share my experience with you and I strongly suggest you do not hire this young man. On a positive note, he had two young men that worked for him that I thought were exceptional.

A great group of guys. Very professional. Cleaned up well when finished. Would recommend them for sure !

I am looking all over the internet for places that I can write a review for McMillian Flooring. Casey and his crew installed new vinyl plank flooring and also all new baseboard throughout our old house. If I could give them a 10 star or a 100 star review I would. Not only was their workmanship incredible. Their attention to detail was also awesome. Extremely pleasant to work with and a joy to talk to. I am so glad that we choose them to do our house. I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed at all but will be very happy with the fantastic job that they will do for you. They go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every detail of their work. We were extremely impressed with how professional and caring that they were and how meticulous they were. I can't wait for them to do any flooring install for us again. They are the best I've ever seen.
