Aurora Air has a qualified and capable team of professionals. I gathered five estimates for the repair work including at two big name providers/servicers (the people you always see interviewed on local TV as "experts"). Those two companies priced on the high end, like almost $2,000 more for the job. The price range from the five estimates was from $4,800 to $7,000. Aurora was not the cheapest of the estimates but they threw in some extras and their follow up service has been top notch.

it went well. great work with great service. but 2 years later, it seems like they are out of business. website is gone and no answer or call back on the phone line. Perhaps Covid19 has put them out of business?!? left multiple messages. 2 years ago they answered phone and messages within minutes.

Tech came out. Went through from obvious faults and worked way up. Ended up getting drain line flushed and then replacing the blower motor. Now AC is going better then ever. Took much longer then anticipated but only because they were trying every cause and effect. Even had owner come out and eventually found the right combo to fix. Was not charged for visit itself or diagnostic time, which was expected but still nice to have to haggle about at end of it all. Have used them since bought home a few years back and would still recommend to this day.

Very well. They took a look at the problem and helped me decide the best plan which was to replace the broken equipment. They worked with me to decide what to buy for our needs and what the cost would be. We were able to work out a reasonable price that fit my budget. They removed and hauled away the old equipment and delivered the new unit on time. I was especially impressed with the worker who did the actual installation. He worked very patiently and stuck with it all day until the job was completed.

To me Aurora Air is number one, they gave me a quote a date and time and also helped with the finance of the project and stuck to this no changes or delays. Aurora sent 2 techs, Edwin and Jean and they were very professional, they made sure everything was working and explained everything they had done to me and cleaned up before they had me sign off on the project. My neighbor was having problems with his air-condition and was calling around for service and was getting the run around, I told him to call Aurora Air and they took care of his problem right away. His unit was the same as mine, 15 years old, he was so satisfied with the service from Aurora Air that he had the old unit replaced and is very happy and thanks me every time he sees me. It took this long to post my review because my PC hard drive died, had to wait until repaired.

I SENT A REQUEST THROUGH ANGIE’S LIST TO AURORA AIR. JOSE CONTACTED ME RIGHT AWAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I NEVER HAD MY HVAC SERVICED SINCE WE BOUGHT THE HOME (2.5 YEARS). HE HAD MAHER HIS TECHNICIAN COME TO MY HOME A FEW DAYS AFTER WE SPOKE. HE SPENT MORE THAN 3 HOURS TESTING, SERVICING AND CLEANING THE 2 UNITS. MAHER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. I SIGNED UP FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT AND AURORA WILL SERVICE AND INSPECT MY HVAC SYSTEMS TWICE A YEAR. GREAT JOB! AURORA AIR IS NOW MY HVAC COMPANY

They looked up to see if the part was under warranty and basically saved me the cost of the fan. Another company that gave me an estimate did not do that for me and was charging me twice as much. Highly recommend.
