Gary was a great hire. I've never met him and I learned about him from his fast follow up call into Home Advisor. I paid a little more than I wanted to but the work was well done as promised and he was courteous and efficient. I plan on giving him more projects in the near future.

Hired to repair storm door and install deadbolt. Professional, easy to deal with, appointment was scheduled next day, came early, cleaned up, did an excellent job! A little expensive but for next day appointment and professional service, worth every penny!

Couple things. Left nails and debris in driveway. Not a good clean up job. Then surprised me with additional charge without discussing it with me. Car got a flat tire.

We discussed the up-charge prior to doing the up-charge.. unfortunately the extra framing we did was out of our scope of work, in our clause on our invoices we state that just in case we run into issues like we had with your door."

"If you are unhappy with our cleaning service please give us a call and we can work something out. It is hard to keep things clean while construction is going on in the same area. Once all of your construction work is finished inside give us a call we can come back and get the place clean like it was when we left! Also, the mold should have been removed, inspected and cleared to operate prior to us working in the environment."

I used D&H to replace all interior doors, closets included. They were fast to respond with a phone call and follow up quote, which was much lower than competitive local contractors. They hit the ground running and were conscientious of the quality of their work which I am very satisfied with. They always arrived on time, and their work was completed quickly and efficiently with no stopping for long chit chats as typical with many. They use drop cloths and handle all cleanups. They were very professional and I was more than comfortable having them in my home. I plan to use them in the future.

Garage Door Repair
Was connected with D&H immediately. I scheduled a appointment for the next day 9:30am. The worker arrived around 10:45am He looked at my garage door and left to purchase parts and returned about an hour later. The work was completed in about 45 minutes. I was charged for 2 hours labor. I am pleased with the work performed but I would advise asking about extra charges, like fuel surcharges, service charge and hourly rates.
