Prior to us starting the work we advised and you confirmed that an unlicensed electrician rewired your home outside of normal wiring practices which led our electrician on a hunt for over two hours to try and identify where the issue was. It was determined that there were multiple issues and the best way to repair the previous work was to trace everything from the panel to each outlet. We advised that the work would take well over an entire day but that we would charge you a not to exceed amount of $1,500 that included the $495 fee we charged upfront.
