Aussie Pool Services

Jane, Martin wife, offered to replace our chlorinating generator given that the one we have has been defective. Jane offered to purchase a Solaxx brand that came with a 5 year guarantee. However, when I gave her $600 as a down payment, instead of a chlorinator, Martin installed just a cell. I came out just as he had finished. When I notice my old chlorinator was still on the wall, I asked him what he was doing, He said that what Jane and me had agreed to was to replace the cell, not the chlorinator. I told Martin that I would never have agreed to have just the celll replaced for $750. I asked him to take it back. Now Jane is saying that she does not know whether the supplier will take back the cell after Martin installed for a few minutes. She is refusing to refund the $600 that I gave her on the lie that she can not return the cell. I have never met anyone more dishonest in my entire life. She is actually trying to defraud me to the tune of $600. Her last text message to me was a suggestion that she will give me the receipt and the cell so that I can try to return it to HER supplier. Can you believe that?

Very nice people and good with repairs. Decided to try their pool service. My pool went from great to bad in just a few weeks. I had to go back to my former pool company to get my pool back to normal..... 300 bucks later. The last month I used Aussie, I paid for a full month of service.... after realizing that my pool was getting worse and they were not able to fix the problem (as per the contract) I had to rehire my previous pool service. I submitted my 7-day cancelation notice after two weeks within the last month of service.... one would think that a partial refund would be expected.... it cost me 300 bucks to get my pool back to normal..... total expenses for that last month....390.00. I asked for a partial refund, twice. Never received a response. I upheld my end of the contract..... Aussie pool service, unfortunately, could not and did not and it cost me more money due to poor pool service. As far as repairs, they did a good job when replacing my pool pump.

I am a new customer. I have had fly by night pool service that I wouldnâ t give you 2 cents for. Martin did more for me on one visit than my previous pool service did all year. Thank you Aussie Pool Service!

I think they were too busy to take us on; we were in San Carlos Park and they are out of Cape Coral. Perhaps if you are in Cape Coral, you would get better service.

Martin does a great job. He really communicates with to keep us informed about our pool and any future needs. We recommended him to a friend whose pool had turned green with another service and Martin turned in back to blue like magic! We highly recommend Martin and Aussie Pool Service!

She will immediately answer any questions i have as well as address any concerns. Her husband is my Pool Technician, and he is always on time as scheduled, very dependable and keeps my pool in perfect condition.
