These folks were extremely prompt, efficient and affordable. The technician Casey is friendly and helpful and communicative. He first brought relief from the sweltering summer heat to my house then the very next day to my parents’ house. I’d had a good experience with him so I reached out when my parents’ AC coincidentally started giving out the next day, and he was there to rescue them, promptly on a weekend! We’re impressed and grateful!

First of all when you call your A/C company you want them out there NOW, and Alex has been very responsive to my calls. He comes when he tells you he will be there, has a diagnosis fairly quick and the is very honest and upfront about what has to be done and what could be done to improve your system but is not absolutely necessary. this helps you make decisions based on your budget to get the job done. He finishes when he tell you he will be done and his prices are very fair and you do not have that ripped off feeling you get with other A/C companies. So far he has services my own home, my rental property and another property I manage, plus several of my friends and we have all been very pleased.
