Excellent! Lorin was on time. Hecame with his own booties. He replaced a new TV on a tilted wall mount. The mount did not fit the new TV but patience and ingenuity he made it fit. My wall outlet for the TV was loose and he went to Lowes to replace it. Work area was left spotless. He was not finished until he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Wonderful job !!

Austin Information Technologies provided exceptional service. The technician explained each step while installing my TV mount. He noticed my walls were made entirely of wood, which wouldn’t allow a wire kit installation. He took the time to check this before making any cuts. I truly appreciate his attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and hire him again in the future!

Excellent pro very professional and personable and helpful He hung two tvs. Also he has insurance which was important. Other pros were triple the cost.

It was more than just hang tv. I had old tv in an armoire. So I wanted the old TV taken out, the top of the armoire taken off. . Then hang my new TV on the wall and put my electronic components on the drawers to the armoire that was left. The top of the armoire was very heavy and he had a difficult time taking it off at the bottom. So he got the new TV hung on the wall. It’s a little bit higher than what I wanted, but it’s OK I I’ll let let it go. But I tried the TV and couldn’t get it to work so I called him and he came back yesterday and hooked up my fire stick and the cable to the TV because he hasn’t hooked the cable up, but he got everything going and taught me how to use the fire stick. after he did all that, t needed him to take the old TV and the top of the armoire over to the dumpster, located in our complex property. He was very professional and did a great job.

Fantastic work. Job well done. Very satisfied. Meticulous work as well. He not only mounted the TV and moved the outlet up behind the television which I initially hired him for but he mounted and moved an outlet in another room as well. A friendly person. I plan to hire him for other projects.

Owner arrived on time. He went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and replace a new TV on my wall mount. He also set up the new TV for me. His pricing was extremely Better than other technicians that I hired in the past. I would highly recommend him. He also advised me that he can work on any electronics you may have issues with.
